While most industries shuffled among the top spots, a few new industries have joined the top five: "Restaurants" jumped to fifth place on the complaint list after being tied for 14th in 2009. "Tours – Operators & Promoters" broke into the top five inquiries, moving from sixth place in 2009, to fourth place in 2010.

Several industries just shuffled among the top spots, but a few new industries have joined the top five: For complaints, "Travel Agencies & Bureaus" jumped from seventh place in 2009, to fourth place in 2010. For inquiries, "Contractors - General" and "Construction & Remodeling Services" were respectfully ranked sixth and seventh in 2009, but have moved up to third and fifth for 2010.
