Military exchanges offer phone card refunds

Service members and family members stuck with inoperable “C-3” (“Tele2”) phone cards after the company filed for bankruptcy in a United Kingdom court in mid-May should take them to their nearest military exchange for a full refund, according to Army & Air Force Exchange Service and Navy Exchange Service Command officials. The phone cards were sold in vending machines and at counters of Navy exchanges in Spain and Italy, and in vending machines at Army and Air Force locations in Germany, Italy and the U.K. Full article is available here.
