Better Business Bureau’s complaints on JNine Pro Services indicate a pattern of post-payment service issues, incomplete projects, and unreturned phone calls or emails.
In the last three years, the Portland, Ore., company has received 15 complaints with BBB; 13 of which are unanswered.

Look out for layering solicitations and high-pressure tactics. If bombarded by door-to-door salespeople or mailers, review offers carefully before signing the dotted line. Be cautious with overly generous deals, avoid pre-paying in full and request references from previous customers.
Watch out for washouts and overflowing complaints. Check BBB Business Reviews, read consumer reviews on the Internet and check local licensing. Oregon companies should be registered with the Oregon Secretary of State, and potentially, the Oregon Construction Contractors Board—depending on their services. Always look for CCB numbers in contractors’ advertisements; violations are published online.
Repair rocky results. Hold on to service agreements and receipts. If work is done improperly or not performed, contact companies first to discuss solutions—or refunds.
If complaints arise against local contractors, report issues to Better Business Bureau, Oregon Department of Justice and Oregon Construction Contractors Board.
